Brody AI is a Premium Asset available exclusively through the Unity Asset Store. Follow these steps to get your “Developing Homie” up and running.
đź’° Step 1: Secure Your Copy
Brody AI is not a free tool—it is a professional-grade assistant.
- Visit the Unity Asset Store and search for “Brody AI”.
- Complete your purchase.
- Ensure you are logged into the same Unity Hub account you used for the purchase.
📦 Step 2: Import to Project
- Open your Unity Project.
- Open the Package Manager (
Window > Package Manager). - Change the filter to “My Assets”.
- Find Brody AI and click Download, then Import.
- In the Import window, ensure all files under
Assets/DecNetGames/BrodyAIare selected and click Import.
🛠️ Step 3: The Setup Wizard
Once the files are imported, Brody will try to greet you automatically.
- If the Welcome Window doesn’t pop up, go to: Tools > Brody AI > Welcome Dashboard 👋
- Click on “Initialize Core” to let Brody index your project for the first time.
[!IMPORTANT] No External Dependencies: Brody AI does not require external plugins. However, you will need an API Key (OpenRouter, OpenAI, etc.) or a local Ollama setup to power his “brain”.
