Does Performance Pro support URP/HDRP?

Yes. Performance Pro is compatible with the Built-in pipeline, Universal Render Pipeline (URP), and High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP).

Will it modify my original assets?

By default, Performance Pro creates backups before making any permanent changes to your textures or meshes. You can configure the backup location in the Settings tab.

Can I use it for free?

No. Performance Pro is a paid asset available on the Unity Asset Store. This documentation is for licensed users.

Does it work on Mac/Linux?

Yes, the tool is a Unity Editor extension and works on any platform where the Unity Editor runs.

How does the LOD generation compare to external tools?

Our LOD engine is built for speed and ease of use directly within Unity. While external tools like Pixyz provide more control, Performance Pro is better for 90% of game assets that need quick, effective decimation without leaving the editor.
